Dave Mitchell helped us devise an aggressive, but affordable strategy for solving a moisture infiltration issue on the exterior, while simultaneously completing a 100% makeover of the interior, which included new HVAC systems, complex built-ins, lighting, etc. Dave is affable, trustworthy and wise, with very high standards of workmanship; his extensive experience shows. His subcontractors, like-wise, are extremely competent and polite. We did lots of work on our house we bought in the early nineties. Last year, we dived back in and took care of developing problems, replaced appliances that had aged out, and did some of the renovations we should have done more than 30 years ago.
